    Believe it or not I have a Masters degree in Finance.

    What I am trying to say is that the accounts of Centro are very dynamic and impossible for the average punter to understand and simulate. Who has the time to analyse how the sale of this shopping centre that is partly owned by CNP, partly by CER and partly by?? will affect the cash flow statement.

    I like reading people's different views - it gives you a cross section of views about market sentiment and its up to us all to make our own decisions.
