Agree Haka, I have asked this a couple of times, but seem to get challenged each time, even though it was a genuine question. Also which assets will be sold vs which assets are actually wanted? ie holders want to keep the better centres, whilst expecting someone to purchase lesser performing assets, which were valued during the boom times.I am interested to see what is left after liquidation is complete, and to what level of gearing, and then look at the market cap. Then will there be some sort of honest valuation, at which most 'investors' may step up . At the moment , I believe it is pure speculation (gambling??).I also think it may take much longer than many holders believe, especially if management are as sharp as the are propensibly reported to be.
