Just a quick comment on valuations!
With current increases in the resourses and labour, the comercial building industries replacement costs are going up by 5to10% per year.
This information I got out of a independent financial report which was factered in their valuation formula used to value a comercial production facility.
I just think that cnp tangible assets shouldn't be sold to cheaply with replacement costs, time and contingency blow outs. This might make cnp comercial assets more valuable. Just my opinion thats all.
