no that is intuition. emotion is.....u better sell cos u guys will lose all your money if you dont.
the guys who dont want to be long term holders and the speculators who bought in for a greater offer will be inclined to take the $1 as a stop loss. Instos who faced with no alternative offer will likely sell to avoid huge losses.
if the price drops after the offer recieves only partial acceptance then they can always buy more.
