Andrewe - another point which you didn't address previously - why would ZFX even want AGM if you believe it's worth LESS than the $1 offer as most of your initial data posted at the beginning of this thread indicates? Wouldn't that mean that ZFX were investing their war chest poorly?

I still think this whole discussion is ultimately trivial - regardless of the rose coloured glasses or the glass balls we all look through - this deal will go through regardless, be it ZFX or another party for another sum - most likely a greater sum than is on offer right now.

Be it $1.20 - be it who knows.
