$1.18 was a trading spike on speculation of possible value. Since then more facts have become known and with those facts AGM traded considerably lower than $1.18.

CDU traded briefly at $10 - a lot more facts are known now and it's no way near that of course.

Explorers price charts go through a number of waves as money involved moves along the spectrum from speculators to long term investors.

There is no reason to automatically assume that a price high from an earlier wave will be the long term price goal nevertheless $1.20 would probably seal the deal for ZFX.
