are you serious?
AGM worth $1.18 or is that what someone paid for them one day?
what was the price of nickel? $50,000 plus per tonne... have a look at zfx's letter and see the correlation of AGM's shareprice to the nickel price.
why was it worth 70c? ask those people who were paying 70c and selling at 70c. in the absence of a takeover bid they would be 40-50c today after recovering. why would that be?
why are zfx paying $1 in light of that info? becuase its a fair premium when you take into account all the positives that you believe about the company that are yet to be proved.
my interst is thru zfx. i was an AGM holder at one stage but sold before it crashed in August.
I have an interest in zfx acquiring AGM at a reasonable price for the benefit of all zfx holders. I dont want them to act like alan bond buying channel 9.
So i enter the discussion becuase i enjoy debate.
no one yet has come up with an accepted method of valuing AGM in order to reject the offer. Their credibility is in tatters. They just want a higher bid and zfx is not budging.
cheers
