If as you say it is up to the shareholders then it is pretty simple .
1) sell to zfx ( MAY get revised offer but highly unknown in the current market not unlikely)
2) Hold for the long run, other bid , upgrade etc.
1 is a known (MAY POSSIBLY Probably SLIGHTY increase)
2 is an UNKNOWN
It all depends on your position and your comfort level in times like these!
