All these companies look to get atleast a 50% maybe 100% return on their money, so they probably see AGM at $1.50-$2 and that is why they are offering $1.
If they thought it was worth $1 they are buying for no financial advantage.It wouldn't make sense.So really they are trying to get it cheap.This is capitalism after all.
