clearly true...because AGM is $1.04 and without the offer being made they would be 40-50c.
why would zfx want to pay more than its worth?

there offer is fair and reasonable and your directors have given you nothing to justify a higher price.
if you go to TZN website you will see a raft of broker reports that value TZN at between $4-$5.50 yet it trades at $2.65 today.
Go to the AGM website and you see a company trading at the price that brokers targeted as its value 60-80c.
They dont even have a broker report that says hey this is worth $1.50....not one...not even one they commissioned.
