you are right.
I think the majority shareholder is not trustworthy and their actions are "suspicious".
there Is nothing we can do as small shareholders. lev can play his games and we can't respond.
sometimes I think he lets the incompetent mgmt in place in order to get more equity during his dilutive dividend payments. he also stopped buying shares on the open market.
they have shitty results and try to tell a different story. I wonder if they believe their lies themselves.
why is the company giving loans to employees?
there is no consistent strategy about the company tries to accomplish.
