That may well be a figure that MB offers, (or around that amount)bearing in mind your figure appears to be valuation based on accountancy principles.

If that is correct, there would no doubt be an extra % to sweeten the pot. (lets use 75 cents as a possible offer)

The question will the board recommend that the shareholders sell at such an amount.

I would doubt that RC would make such a recommendation unless it was the only option open to him, for example funding drying up or World economic circumstances change.

He has a plan, and a vision. BUT that can change overnight.

So it will be an interesting 12 months to 2 years.
