A 50c SP suggests a valuation of $218M.
A 55c SP suggests a valuation of $240M.
My suggested valuation came in at ~46c, so I think we are all pretty close here.
Be very surprised if Macquarie come back in this range however, but let's see I guess. Suspect a premium would only be paid if there was another real contender.
Ravi - my comment about a 3rd party was about someone independent doing the valuation... whether that's Macquarie or someone else, as long as it's not something CTP commissioned.
