Not being difficult but I don't think Mac Bank will offer us anything near .46c If RC were to sell CTP to private equity or another listed company he would get a far better deal outside of their clutches.
I tend to agree with Camden that fair value would be around .75c end of story and you can apply all the discount models that you want. .75c is the price. Just my thoughts. If Mac Bank can bid a low ball price someone can and will bid more, they aren't know for their generosity.
