At a run rate of around $120m p.a the current PE is less than 12 by my rough calculation, so basically it comes down to what you believe the Revenue will be going forward.
A PE of 12 I would suggests an earnings growth rate less than double digits i.e Revenue in FY21 of sub $130m or marginal growth.
I don't believe there is sufficient information available publicly to determine whether the current share price in under, over or fairly valued at this time.
