I think if Zoono wants to make retail a core revenue stream then they need to stop relying on direct sales from their website. Sure it produces great profit margins but people aren't going to want to wait 3+ weeks to receive the product in the future. in my opinion retail partnerships need to be re-investigated on the back of new global demand. imagine if Zoono returned to Woolworths again, but with proper marketing. As manufacturing scales up over time this may be in the works anyway, but its a huge commitment for that sort of ongoing supply, so we may not see it for a while.

Undoubtedly present retail sales have declined, but i couldn't care less. it was such a small part of their overall story anyway and we all know the big money is in long term, international B2B deals (the same one we've been reading about every day). Retail sales will also always be volatile and I'd never want a big chunk of money in a brand that relied on it.
