Except that ZNO doesn't have to spend millions or billions of dollars a year developing new products all the time as the current ones aren't going to become obsolete any time in the foreseeable future.
It basically comes down to generating more cash than It needs & the CEO wanting to reward loyal shareolders.
Anyone who bought in at the IPO is potentially looking at a 20% yield this year via a dividend.
