to be sure that Mt Kellett is not an issue, it is not Lynas that you need to talk to.
Lynas will have a view on the construction & interpretation of the contract.
Mt Kellett may have a different view.
If that is the case. . . .. .the matter is most likely headed for the courts. Personally - I'm not quite sure how firm Lynas' ground is on this one. Could well go there way if it came down to it. . . .. but very hard to be 100% sure.
