LAMP Non-Approval Event means the Malaysia Pre-Operating Permit not
being obtained by the Group on or before 15 October 2012.
LAMP Rejection Announcement means the announcement by the applicable
Governmental Agency in Malaysia or notice to any member of the Group on or
before 15 October 2012 of its decision to refuse to grant the Malaysia Pre-
Operating Permit or any communication by the applicable Governmental
Agency in Malaysia to the Company or any member of the Group having a
similar effect.
