    I agree with people (and Lynas) stating that this current court case and it's associated 'status-quo' of the TOL does not make a trigger for Mt Kellet agreement.

    What, however will is if the TOL is revoked.

    That is only likely to happen if a JR is ruled to go ahead AND it finds against the gov. decision to issue.

    Basically, the question still remains as a possibility, regardless of how likely or unlikely many here consider it to be.

    The trigger is still there, it has not been hit, but it is not impossible that (MT Kellett could argue) it can be ruled to have been hit should the TOL issuance be deemed to be wrong and subsequently revoked.

    Even this would be something of a legal bun-fight which would destroy value in the Lyc SP, and thus, not promote the interests of Mt Kellet... (why destroy a company's in court in order to gain a higher % of that company but essentially the same $$ value ?).

    I'm 'ok' with the Mt Kellet current situation.
