Metallurgy test results. In a nutshell, it is what describes the overall purity (and therefore, the value) of the resource.
Have a look at graphite pricing, and it will give you an idea of how crucial the results are.
This is an old article, so the pricing is way out, but can help to bring you up to speed on why purity in a graphite resource is so important.
