high purity could mean a rally but not sustainable，average purity I don`t even dare to think,the real tickers is the off-take deal means the project will go ahead,actually I read a article somewhere says purity also have something to do with floating method（without chemical）which require quite expertse and the results are not stable，and repeatable，and experts and high standards plants cost a lot，hence the valence shut down,and the tank of the TON,no professionals，no purity，no mine，lets see if RNU can get those ticked，quite a gamble from here
