Paying 0.002 for a stock which is being diluted at 0.0008 is kind of silly in my opinion. I'll believe the current deal if it actually goes through and we get cash in the bank. The company has a history of announcing things that don't quite pan out; has everyone forgot the Assure Fast Holdings fiasco? The company claimed they did due diligence on that one, makes me laugh ...
