Yes. Its not my plan to sound like a stick in the mud, but I think we should approach this latest development with cautious optimism. I am not as skeptical as you oneclip, but I do think your position is justified.

We do seem to be in a far better spot than we were a few weeks ago and I am very encouraged by this; but lets wait until its done an dusted as described before we take it for granted.
