Great summary of thoughts. To give it another perspective, you could go back to the initial distribution of LIS 0.38 for 1 share to PPK holders on the 16/12/20. The share price was ~$6.00 before it went ex, and at this level I feel there is a natural “No upside” risk adjusted floor to base valuations within PPK’s stable of businesses, including its free float holding of LIS.
