Wrt to your general question regarding the stock dive over the last few months, IMO its partly the thematic rotation that fund managers have conducted from high-growth/low-cash-flow companies to those with better looking PEs (to be safer in a rising inflation environment), and hedge fund shorting activity in this stock.
Answering your specific questions would require offering up rumours, putting a probability on their accuracy, and suggesting/analyzing their implications. Can't do that. I'm comfortable waiting.
