From memory, a blended super material of Titanium amd BNNT that would outperform current satellite manufacturing technology would require a 2% BBNT input to the blended metal structure.
Nothing to sneeze at when considering the total weight (different sizes so hard to say what total kgs).
How quickly can Boeing and Airbus then adopt it for all of their necessary components?
When do we improve Aluminium with a BNNT blend and every airplane panel uses it?
I give it 4-5 years before the Titanium/BNNT is the very day “gold standard” material for all things the fly. Just my guess.
And yeah, electric vehicle chassis and panels etc will be using it well before then. IMO
