At a non-expert level, I would put Heron 30-40c at MEO 25%
Suraway 100% at around 1.20 - 1.40

One must keep in mind that there would also be flow on affects from Heron, also a pos at Suraway may see another well drill. These are included in the above guesstimates.

However at the end of the day it will be up to the market to decide what they are going to pay and whether they will take any of the flow on into account.
