This is what we've been waiting for. Meaty stuff to justify our long term patience. There will be doomsayers & knockers whistling into the arctic wind. One has started already.
However, faithful punters, take comfort that Linc are not the first to drill into permafrost. Its been going on all over the world including Alaska for many years. Nor is Linc alone in this location. There are well known others hot on our heels doing the same. This isn't ice in the sky stuff. Its real oil that is going to come out profitably. I'd like to see Linc develop it for a while to really prove it up. Who knows - even get it up closer to its 1Bn bbl potential.
