That is a rational argument that makes sense but logic has gone out the window in the market in the hunt for yield. With more lower interest rates to come investors will pile into anything that pays more than the cash rate. Not to mention with projections of XJO to hit 6000 shortly and possibly hit those pre GFC highs the trend is up. The question is can you stay solvant fighting the trend or is it better to just run with it until this market falls apart which might be some months of yet.
