I dithered and missed out on SCG and VCX- lacked bottle. So I added URW to watchlist. Seems a bargain but it is all about covid19 isnt it?
It does not come up as a financial on nabtrade watchlist like the other REITs. Is that because it is based on overseas assets or somehow does not meet REIT tax rules like the others?
