Pre covid, at more than $10, it was already under asset backing- which perhaps indicates a subplot that Parisians were already shunning Fountain Lakes. Thanks for reminding me- covid was there before it was here.
So, if covid is conquered or we learn to live with it, Europe recovers and allows US tourists back in- and Fountain Lakes and exhibition halls become a thing again- this could be a winner...
