What about Dr Stein .. is he hard up? Appears pretty important to him (and others) judging by his commentary.

and
Sep 17, 2018, Shareholder Update - message from the Managing Director
"We hope to match Saguaro's recent drilling performance with out wells in the Calima lands"
&
"... Montney land positions increasing from an average of $2,500 per acre during 2017 to an average of $4,500 during the first half of 2018"
IMO its worth discussing as it is important - encouraging that you're "not that hard up" - perhaps others find it useful to discuss and add to the dialogue.
