I've been trying to work out an appropriate way to value this...

I've been trying to work out an appropriate way to value this deal, and the best point of reference I've come across is FIWA's recent acquisition of Centric Wealth in January this year for $130m. Unfortunately I haven't been able to find the full financials for Centric (if anyone has them, please let me know) but from bits and pieces I've pulled together through my research it appears to me the market is currently undervaluing the expected bid.

Here's the data I've pulled together thus far. If anyone else can find some comparable metrics, please post them here. Any feedback on this would be greatly appreciated.
