Often values of ELM are posted and it is always very difficult, to
follow those values, because nobody tells, how those values were calculated. Most of the values are not transparent and seem more to be a "stomach-feeling" than based on re calculable assumptions.

So let me try to give You my personal calculation as follows:

This calculation is based on the following assumptions, which I selected with great caution.
    Assumption 1) 300 million tonnes
Ass 2) 20 % KCL - which is very low, I know that there is partly even more than 40 %, but I prefer being cautious.

Ass 3) 10 % taking over value: those percentage I've taken from oil -offshore take overs.

Common comment #1: K+S has taken over Potash-one for 311 mio USD!
But - they have to invest about 2,5 billion Dollars the next years, for developing it. That is all together about 2,8 billion dollars.

A plant for ELM was estimated by 600 mio dollars !

Common comment #2. This is my personnel valuation. You never know how market will follow real valuations, but everyone can make its own suggestions, if market will follow by 40, 50, 60 or more percent! But one thing can be seen easily:

We have a real strong "Blockbuster" value! I tried to get more informations from Canada, but a Potash - Take-over scenario has to be made individually!

If anyone has different suggestions, he should posts his calculation!

Common comment #3: The highest valuation ELM shareholders could get is, if ELM would go into production! The management has enough qualifications for that and the courageousness too! But will the big players allow that?
