t4p you are spot on with your assesment of the resources City View has their foot on but not only do they have an untouched new copper province and a Kalgourlitype gold resource but their position in the Angolan heirachy has risen to the top for bringing this resource to a listed entity. This will open any door in Angola.
This move is a master stroke and much moe important than just the resource.
