Yes I have not included any share dilution, except for conversion of all options.
Reason why I did not add any dilution is there is no information as to how they will raise the funds.
how did you get a 100% increase in shares outstanding?
From interviews it sounds like JK is aiming for prepayment and partnerships which should reduce the degree of dilution
