    Great analysis.

    My initial read thought this to be a bullish outlook, but further breakdown of my own, it really isn't.

    I would say it is fair, and great use of available inputs to form a well justified NPV.

    Appreciate your efforts, COB is an absolute powerhouse, I do not get emotionally invested in any of my holdings, but COB... Isn't is beautiful?
