    Glencore are owned by Russian Oligarchs, Chinese govt, and Qatar govt.

    I would see Glencore as a major Rival to not only COB, but to the Western Govts strategy on sovereignty over rare earths such as Cobalt.

    So I hope we never ever sell to them!
