Notice that he hasn't used any estimate for the number of wells, and his per well costs are nothing new to us - we've seen numbers like this posted before, they look about right... *per well*... assuming you're happy with that gas price over the long term (conservative IMHO).
He's right in saying that EOK only works on a large scale, which is why EOK will be a large scale project, lol.
For the existing acreage, 600 wells planned. With the doubling in land holdings to come (recent announcements), expect that number to increase to well over 1000.
It doesn't matter whether you consider it "exciting", the only question worth asking is what earnings will be generated by the company.
I think Waterfrontage is planning to post something on that later - the 60 wells/year estimate from raja sounds like a good number to start from. And perhaps with the increase in acreage they'd also be able to increase that drilling rate at some point?
