also no one (that i have read and have missed a few posts)) has accounted for the 1.7mill loss each year that OBJ will add to the bottom line if they cannot get cashflow positive soon. So essentially almost all the profit for the first 2 years will be taken up by the 2 x 5mill payouts and OBJ losses... that's skating on very very thin ice imvho.. no room for error for 24 months hmmm .. that a tall order when you dont really know the business you are buying.. the more i look at this the more i think its more than OBJ can chew right now..
