Well there is a lot of retained earnings in the businesses to be acquired. I'm not inclined to think that there is anything wrong with the business being acquired, or its valuation. It is very difficult to make any determination without a narrative as to what has been going on in the business, what the outlook is, FY accounts etc etc.
I'm not really sure the strategy makes any sense, as they really appear to mostly be a distributor and wholesaler, and the links with OBJs current business appear tenuous at best to be so far. Is this more a case of get out of the old business and into something new?
Obviously still a pile of questions, but there is more documentation to come. The fees stack up very quickly for this. But I am still keen to hear more tbh.
