It's hard to know the intricacies of these tech stocks enough to be highly confident, based on the presentations and personal research alone. What I do know is Forrest Capital are fairly well connected and would likely have had access to some higher quality projects. So, I'll back FC, Tony Grist and Rod Jones, who have stumped-up plenty of cash and would require a sizable liquidity event to exit their position. Hopefully that will be the trade sale, alluded to in the presentation. The one and only gripe I had with the whole setup was the heavily discounted shares. I felt 2.5c was a bit light-on, based on the previous raising at 2c; but the market seems happy to buy between 4.5-5c with some volume, so that's probably the bottom.

I think the 2.5c raising is weighing on the market but it shouldn't because having seen a few Forrest deals I'm betting that stock will go mainly to strategic long term hands

The trade sale metrics are very compelling and give us an idea of what we could potentially expect, that combined with the strong 4c support is what promoted me to jump in now for a punt
