Good points, I can calc an NSR, if you could outline your expectations for the following...

% of total sales (By volume ) of ;
1. Symphony (rrp $149.99)
2. Mid range (Tawny, Classic & Cask Strength) 9Average (assumed RRP $210 per 500ml )
3. Rare Release (assumed RRP $350 per 500ml)

Then Propose a % of each category sales through DTC, Domestic W'sale and Export W'sale channels.

Then propose a W'Sale margin, Or markup, or discount to RRP. whichever you prefer (as long as linked back to RRP) Or, If you have different w'sale pricing for domestic vs export due to GST and Alcohol Excise exemptions on exports please note that also... Or give me a W'sale price for each category (based on 500ml).. I can work with any of those..

While I appreciate you headline commentary, It is important to back that up with workings to understand the true impact of export discounts (I think you will find it wont be as impactful as you think).. But happy to prove myself wrong with the hard calcs and reevaluate my target price/ timelines/expectations...
