Morgan Stanley's analyst has crunched the numbers based on today's announcement and seems to like it...a lot.
In essence he says..."Commercialization of the discovery could, for the first time provide a meaningful revenue stream for Karoon, potentially in the order of c.US$130m pa in the early years of field life assuming flows of 20kbopd and US$90/bbl oil"
They rate KAR "Overweight" and have a target price of $10.20
valuation of maruja well
