"Karoon Gas reported its partner and operator in South America, Petrobas, has tested their Maruja #1 well offshoe Brazil at a flow rate of 6,142 barrels of oil a day. Now that‟s nice. It‟s not going to be the eventual production flow rates but who can sneeze at those IP numbers. Karoon is waiting on the Brazilian authorities to approve its farm in to the BM-S-41 Concession hosting the Maruja find. Once approved KAR will have a 20% equity interest."
