The MPS presentations Mozz has recently posted under 'research reports and media' and, more specifically the questions at the end, highlight the fact that the molecule is very complex and the 'active' bits remain a mystery. One day they might work all that out and isolate the active component or components and create a more 'specific' drug or drugs which might be more readily copied. who knows - Paradigm might be big enough by then to be conducting or sponsoring such research. In the meantime I think it is good for us the active bits remain a mystery and we hold rights to the 'juice'. By the way the visuals in those presentations are extremely impressive and paint a thousand words. The enthusiasm of the presenters and sponsor paint another thousand. OA of the knee is just one part of a much bigger 'inflammation' story. It would be a crime to all humanity if IPPS does not become the wonder drug we know it can be and all the mechanisms not eventually sorted out. Beech trees - quite amazing when you think about it.
