I find it interesting that J Hutson has now declared the PIF...

I find it interesting that J Hutson has now declared the PIF debt free and that the unit price is backed by a net asset value of 44cents.
That may be so in her estimate , but the true value of the unit is what people are prepared to pay for it.(Currently 12cents).
Again I feel a degree of deception may be creeping in as Jenny would rather base her management fee on the 44c than the actual 12 cents it is currently trading at.
