    Adding in PTS 20% of JV with EFE ($5,865,000) with shareholdings in EFE, WPG, NMN, and CHZ my calculations give a $32,761,000 or 37.3 cents per share (87.9 million shares)


    Agree, PTS is grossly undervalued at 24 cents.
