The market cannot value all of PTS existing JV's as there is no benchmark for them.
If the market can value EFE on its 80% holding in the iron ore tenements it can also value PTS on its 20% tenement holding and the its fpo's and options in EFE (and others).
My value for the above is now 42.9 cents per share for PTS.
Someone will wake up eventually.
